Learned Something New Today




That picture made me giggle for absolutely no reason. But it fits, so whatever.

My teacher opened my eyes today. She taught me and the rest of the class how to convert a YouTube video into a mp3. Well she taught me. I was the only one who didn't know how to do it. Which was embarrassing, I had to discreetly ask how how to do it. Which is funny because I had all my plans and research basically situated and here I am. Clueless to the first step. Well besides the initial embarrassment, it was informative. All it takes in searching up a website, copying and pasting and then boom. with a click of a button you have your MP3 music video.

The more I'm in this class, the more I feel smarter  like I just opened my third eye.

Along with Cap cut I'm going to use other software's. My iPhone consist of many editing apps, it's a shame to not to try and use them. I'm thinking of iMovies. Like Cap cut, I've used to it in the past. However, it was only once, and on a l borrowed laptop. I most likely wont have access of the laptop again, so I'll use it mobile style. I worry how it would translate but it shouldn't be too much of a drastic change. Besides, last project I used Cap cut on my phone. And while that project turned out terrible, I'm sure ill be fine.

^ I promise my editing is not that intricate.   This blog will be pretty straight to the point. I didn't make a lot of significant progress with my editing just yet. Nonetheless, here is what I did so far. First, I of course logged into Capcut to make a new project. Annoyingly, my phone was overloaded in storage, so before I could get further into editing, I had to clear my phone. Either it was me, or the fact that iPhones profit off of extra storage, it was a long process.  I put the scenes in sequential order. I started from the outside shot to the backyard scene. The scenes where it rapidly switched from me speaking to my inner voice were difficult to put in proper order. I kept getting the order confused and overthinking it.
